When we refer to "UE," "us," "we," or "our," in this policy, we are referring to our websites that are owned and operated by RadioMv \ uTurn Ministry dba as uTurn Education. You can use our websites either by as an unregistered user or a registered user, which we collectively will call "visitors."

Your Agreement

The personal information that we collect is used for providing and improving our websites and making educational content understandable and accessible. IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING OUR SERVICES: All payments made to uTurn Education are technology and administrative fees for platform access, technical support, and administrative services. uTurn Education does not charge for educational materials, content, or curriculum, which remain the property of their respective original owners and creators. Your subscription fee covers only the technology platform, administrative services, and technical support provided by uTurn Education.

Information We Collect and How We Collect It

When using our websites, if you would like to access some features of our websites, for example creating a journal entry or commenting, you have to create an account. If you choose to create an account, you will need to share certain information, such as name, email and country.

We collect information from you in several different ways on our websites. Our goal in collecting this information is to provide you an efficient, meaningful, and customized experience. We may collect personal information, including IP address, if you visit our websites, if you make a donation, purchase or other transaction involving a payment from you to us on our websites. Some examples of when we ask for and collect your personal information include:

When creating an account on our websites. When creating an account you will provide your name, e-mail and/or mailing address and may also elect to provide preference and interest-based information. This allows us to send you updates, contact you regarding announcements, system updates, new educational products and offerings, and other information.

Contact Us. We use Contact Us forms located on various areas of our websites to allow you to contact us directly with any questions, comments, or requests you may have. This information is used to respond to your questions, comments, and requests.

Email Registration. You have the opportunity to receive regular emails while visiting our websites. When signing up for email you may be asked to provide certain details, such as email address, name, country, and preferences. Information provided will be used to deliver email to you, personalize your experience and to improve and enhance what we offer. We only send emails to users that have opted-in to receive our mailings. If at one time you signed up for email but no longer wish to be a part of that email list, you may unsubscribe at anytime by clicking Unsubscribe within the email.

Mobile Apps. We offer various apps for mobile devices, including phone and tablets. Full access to all the features within the applications (including commenting, journaling, and bookmarks), will require the creation of an account.

Polls and Surveys. Sometimes we may invite you to participate in polls and surveys. You are not obligated to respond to polls or surveys, and you have choices about the information you provide.

Contests and Giveaways. Occasionally we may offer opportunities to enter a contest or participate in a giveaway. You are not obligated to enter any contests or giveaways, but if you choose to, you will be required to provide certain information about yourself, such as name, address and email.

Website Comments. We encourage healthy community discussion on our websites. You do not have to participate in these discussions and if you choose to, you will be required to provide certain details, such as name, email and nickname to comment. Any information that is posted to comments or community sections of our websites will be seen by anyone visiting our websites.

When you provide us with personal information, we use it to deliver product or services, for example shipping an order, analyze and monitor visitor activity, provide awareness and opportunities for you to engage with additional educational content, services or the like, help plan the future development of our websites.

To deliver the products or services you requested, we may disclose this information to any of our global uTurn Education offices and affiliates.

Our websites use cookies to collect information. This includes information about pages viewed, frequency of visit, country of visit, and the user journey around our websites. Most browsers allow you to refuse to accept cookies and to delete cookies. The methods for doing so vary from browser to browser, and from version to version. Providing Your Personal Data to Others

To allow us to provide the features and functionalities necessary to run our websites, we work with several third party companies. Some of those companies and what we use them for are:

Google Analytics: General usage statistics on our websites, for example, how long you spend on a specific website and where you came from.

Salesforce: To manage your course records and handle emails to remind you of your studies.

WordPress: Delivers the experience you see and interact with on our website.

Stripe: Another tool we use to deliver our website experience when you make a financial transaction, for example a donation or subscription payment.

State and Federal Agencies: We may also need to furnish donor information to state or federal agencies in accordance with applicable statutes.

User Account Deletion Requests

At uTurn Education, we value your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have control over your personal data. If you would like to request the deletion of your account information, please follow the steps outlined below.

Steps to Request Data Deletion

To request the removal of your account and associated data, please send an email to info@uturn.education with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the following details in the body of your email:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• A statement requesting the deletion of your account information

We will process your request and delete all user data associated with your account within two (2) business days of receiving your request.

Data Deletion and Retention Details

When your account is deleted:

• All personal information, such as your name, email address, and account activity data, will be permanently removed from our systems.
• Any associated subscription or purchase records will also be deleted unless required by applicable law for tax or compliance purposes.

Retention of Non-Identifiable Data:

• Certain non-identifiable data, such as aggregated usage statistics, may be retained for analytical purposes, but this data cannot be used to identify individual users.

Legal and Compliance Exceptions

In some cases, specific data may be retained for an additional period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms and policies. Any such data retention will adhere strictly to applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Security and Technical Issues

Children's Privacy

Our websites are intended for people who are 18 years of age or older. If you are not 18 years of age or older, we ask that you please do not submit any personal information to us. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@uturn.education so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.

Terms and Conditions of Use

Our websites are offered in and from Texas within the United States and your use of our websites and this Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.

If you are using our websites from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and shared database is operated. We process data both inside and outside of the United States and rely on legally-provided mechanisms to lawfully transfer data across borders.

Terms and Conditions

Welcome! It is our pleasure to provide the uTurn Education (UE) services described below for your personal enrichment in accordance with this Agreement. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BECAUSE IT GOVERNS ELIGIBILITY FOR AND USE OF UE.

For detailed information on how to cancel your subscription, see Section 2(f) below.

This document constitutes the Terms and Conditions (herein, the "Agreement") between you ("subscriber", "you", or "your") and RadioMv \ uTurn Ministry dba as uTurn Education ("UE", "we", "us", "our", and "the Site"), governing the use of uTurn Education, located at 1303 Potthast Dr New Braunfels, TX 78130, available at https://uturn.education and sub domains.

Consent. You agree to this Agreement, including any agreements or policies incorporated herein by reference, by clicking "Agree" or any other industry standard mechanism during the UE registration process, or by accessing or using any aspect of UE, and you ratify your agreement when you access or use any aspect of UE. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not use UE.

Changes to Terms. We may amend this Agreement. Any such amendment will be effective thirty (30) days following either our dispatch of a notice to you or our posting of the amendment on UE. If you do not agree to any change to this Agreement, you must discontinue using UE. Our customer service representatives are not authorized to modify any provision of this Agreement, either verbally or in writing.

1. ACCOUNT TERMS

a. Registration and Access. Only individuals that have registered for a UE account, provide certain information (e.g., a valid email address), and agree to this Agreement are eligible to use the relevant services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your email address and password and for all activities that occur on or through your account. However, if you allow others to access your account, this Agreement, as well any specific consents you may have provided to us, also applies to their access, use, and disclosure of information. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account. We will not be responsible for any losses arising from the unauthorized use of your account.

b. Account Notices. Any notices we deliver to you may be made as follows: (i) by email to the last email address provided by you or (ii) by posting a notice on the UE service. For clarity, you consent to receive electronic communications from us and further agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, and other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any applicable legal notification requirements. You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current and complete information, including your contact information for notices and other communications from us. You agree not to impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including using another person's username, password or other account information, or another person's name or likeness, or provide false details for a parent or guardian. You agree that we may take steps to verify the accuracy of information you provide.

c. Feedback. UE may use feedback provided by users without compensation or credits given.

2. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

a. Service Tier and Other Offerings. When purchasing your subscription to UE, you may be presented with different plans or options (each a "Service Tier"). Different Service Tiers or other offerings may be subject to differences in pricing, eligibility, restrictions, features.

b. Payment Authorization and Fee Clarification. You agree to allow UE to charge your credit card for recurring subscription fees at specified intervals (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually). IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PAYMENT: All payments made to UE are technology and administrative fees for platform access, technical support, and administrative services. UE does not charge for educational materials, content, or curriculum, which remain the property of their respective original owners and creators. Your subscription fee covers only the technology platform, administrative services, and technical support provided by UE.

c. Subscription Billing and Auto-Renewal. Your subscription to UE includes enrollment into an ongoing/recurring payment plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the disclosed billing period, unless canceled in accordance with the instructions for cancellation below. Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at confirmation of purchase and at the start of every new billing period, unless canceled. Your "billing period" is the interval of time between each recurring billing date and corresponds to the term of your subscription. Where applicable, charges may be prorated for any partial month of service when you switch into a higher priced Service Tier. To see your next recurring billing date, log in to your account and view your subscription details. You acknowledge that the timing of when you are billed may vary, including (i) if your subscription began on a day not contained in a given month (e.g. if you have a monthly subscription and became a paying subscriber on January 31, your payment method would be billed next on February 28), or (ii) due to free trials and other promotional offers, gift card redemptions, credits applied, or changes in your subscription or payment method. We reserve the right to change our pricing. In the event of a price change, we will attempt to notify you in advance of the change by sending an email to the email address you have registered for your account. If you do not wish to accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with the instructions included in that email and below. If you do not timely cancel your subscription, your subscription will be renewed at the price in effect at the time of the renewal, without any additional action by you, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for these amounts.

d. Free Trials and Promotions. Your UE subscription may begin with a free trial. Availability of a free trial is not guaranteed and, if one is available, is only available on the specified terms of the free trial, likely only to those who have not previously used one for the relevant service. Your first payment will be charged to your chosen payment method immediately following the free trial, unless canceled in accordance with the instructions for cancellation below. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of your free trial. We provide notice of the terms of the free trial at the time you register and you will not receive a separate notice that your free trial is about to end or has ended, or that your paid subscription has begun. We may also offer, in our sole discretion, promotions (e.g., a promotional price) subject to promotional terms disclosed during your sign-up or in other materials provided to you. We will begin billing the same payment method we otherwise have on-file for your subscription at the then-current, non-promotional price after your promotion ends unless you cancel prior to the end of your promotion or unless otherwise disclosed.

e. UE Gift Cards. We may make available gift cards redeemable for an eligible Service Tier.

f. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY. YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME BEFORE THE END OF THE CURRENT BILLING PERIOD, FREE TRIAL OR PROMOTION. CANCELLATION WILL TAKE EFFECT AT THE END OF THE CURRENT BILLING PERIOD, FREE TRIAL OR PROMOTION UNLESS OTHERWISE DISCLOSED. WE DO NOT REFUND OR CREDIT FOR PARTIALLY USED BILLING PERIODS, BUT WE MAY PROVIDE THEM ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS AT OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION. IF YOU CANCEL OR IF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS CANCELED DUE TO FAILED ATTEMPTS TO CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD YOU WILL FORFEIT ANY BILLING CREDITS. TO CANCEL YOUR UE SUBSCRIPTION, NAVIGATE TO YOUR ACCOUNT SETTINGS AND FOLLOW THE CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED.

g. Privacy and Security. UE commits to maintaining the privacy and security of the customer's credit card information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, such as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

h. Payment Details. We will keep your detailed payment information, such as credit card number and expiry date, on file via our payment gateway. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up-to-date by changing the details in your account settings. Where your details change or are due to expire, we may obtain or receive from your payment provider updated payment details including your card number, expiry date and CVV (or equivalent). This enables us to continue to provide you access to UE. You authorize us to continue to charge your card using the updated information. In the event of a failed attempt to charge to your payment method (e.g. if your payment method has expired), we reserve the right to retry billing your payment method. If a payment is not successfully authorized due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we may suspend or terminate your subscription. You also agree that we may charge your payment method on file if you decide to restart your UE Service subscription.

i. Suspension and termination. You agree that we may, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability to you, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to part or all of the UE service, and to any content if we believe you are using or have used the services in violation of this agreement or applicable law or regulations or in any manner other than for their intended purpose and in accordance with all other guidelines and requirements applicable thereto. Without limiting the foregoing, we may restrict or suspend your access to your UE account for cause, which cause includes but is not limited to (a) requests from law enforcement or other government authorities, (b) unexpected technical issues or problems, or (c) if we reasonably believe that your UE account has been created fraudulently, your UE account has been accessed fraudulently, or anyone uses your UE account to commit fraud or for any purpose other than its intended purpose and in accordance with all of the requirements applicable thereto. We also reserve the right, but are not required, to terminate any UE account that remains inactive for an extended period of time, e.g., more than one year (failure to log in to your UE account will constitute inactivity for purposes of this Agreement).

j. UPON TERMINATION OF YOUR UE ACCOUNT, WHETHER TERMINATED BASED ON OUR DETERMINATION OR AT YOUR REQUEST (OTHER THAN A CANCELLATION OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, IN WHICH CASE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL CONTINUE TO THE END OF THE BILLING PERIOD), YOU WILL LOSE THE RIGHT TO ACCESS CONTENT THROUGH UE.

3. GENERAL AND FREE SITE USE

a. Personal and Internal Business Use Only and Copyright. Unless otherwise specified, the Site is for your personal and internal business use only. The site design, text and graphics, and the selection and arrangement of such elements are copyrighted and are protected by worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. Except as otherwise expressly permitted on the Site, the Site and its material may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without UE's prior written permission and is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. Except as expressly provided herein, UE does not grant any express or implied right to you under any patents, copyrights, trademarks or trade secret information. Educational materials and content accessed through UE remain the property of their respective original owners and creators.

b. Links to Other Materials. Linked Web sites on the site are not under the control of UE and UE is not responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. UE reserves the right to terminate any link or linking program at any time. UE provides such links only as a convenience to you. UE has not endorsed, tested or verified any information, programs, companies, or products on sites to which it links. If you decide to access any third party sites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

4. COMMUNITIES

The purpose of the community is to voluntarily exchange information about learning, our courses, and services. You expressly agree not to use any part of the community to:

• post content that is unlawful, malicious, misleading, defamatory, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, vulgar, obscene, libelous, objectionable, inappropriate, improper, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
• impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, UE or a UE employee, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person, group, or entity;
• forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content submitted to any part of the community;
• post any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
• post any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy rights of any third party;
• post any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
• post any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
• act illegally or unethically; or
• collect or store personal data about other users.

a. You are solely responsible for the content of your computer and any transmissions you make when using the community.

b. Posts on any part of the community may be edited, moved, deleted, or removed at UE's discretion. UE reserves the right to temporarily or permanently withdraw your community membership at its discretion.

c. UE does not guarantee a response to any post on the community. Specifically, support issues should be addressed via UE's official support provisions and protocols. You understand that posts on the community are addressed to your peers and not UE, and UE does not guarantee that any support issue will be addressed on the community.

d. UE does not make any warranty or guarantee that any information posted on any part of the community, whether or not such posting is made by a UE employee, is accurate, complete, or in any way reliable. Community posts represent the statements and opinions of the individual user and are not necessarily the opinion of UE or its employees, partners, or affiliates. UE does not approve or disapprove of any community posts.

e. UE does not offer formal customer support to the community. Any commentary by UE employees or representatives on the community should not be seen as a replacement for official UE support procedures. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with the use of any information, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such information, including any information that may be posted by any UE employee. UE's provision of the community should in no way be construed as endorsement or approval of any third-party product, service, comment, position, or information that may be mentioned or referred to therein or any of the comments or posts made by any user.

f. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless UE and its officers, directors, employees, owners, information providers, agents, partners, affiliates, licensees, licensors from and against any and all liabilities, demands, claims, costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred by the indemnified parties in connection with any demand, claim, action, suit, or loss due to or arising as a result of any breach by you of these Terms or claims arising from your account or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit, or make available through the community, your use of the community, your connection to the community, your violation of any agreement with UE, or your violation of any rights of any third party. You agree to use your best efforts to cooperate with UE in the defense of any demand, claim, action, or suit. UE reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you at its own expense.

g. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to: (a) immediately notify UE of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security; and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. UE cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account.

h. Privacy. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose personal information. If you voluntarily disclose information, e.g. a telephone number or an email address, in the community, that information may be collected and used by third parties to send you unsolicited messages or advertisements or for other purposes. UE does not control the actions of such third parties and is not liable for those actions. If you disclose personal information in the community, you do so at your own risk.

i. Personal Messaging (PM) System. UE may make a personal messaging system ("PM System") available to its users that will allow such users to communicate privately with each other. UE reserves the right to read, delete, or edit such private messages in its discretion and without prior notice, and/or to remove you from and prevent your further use of the PM System. UE also reserves the right to take any further action it deems necessary or appropriate.

j. Miscellaneous. UE reserves the right to modify or discontinue all or any part of the community at any time in its discretion. UE shall not be liable to you or any third party should UE exercise its right to modify or discontinue any part of the community.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

a. General. UE MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SITE OR INFORMATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, ACCURATE, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. UE UNDERTAKES NO OBLIGATION TO UPDATE, AMEND, OR CLARIFY THE SITE.

b. No Warranties. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITH ALL FAULTS WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. UE HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE SITE AND INFORMATION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, LACK OF VIRUSES, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS, RESULTS, AND LACK OF NEGLIGENCE. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SITE AND INFORMATION REMAINS WITH YOU.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND REMEDIES

a. Exclusion. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR: LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF CONFIDENTIAL OR OTHER INFORMATION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF PRIVACY, FAILURE TO MEET ANY DUTY (INCLUDING OF GOOD FAITH OR OF REASONABLE CARE, NEGLIGENCE, AND ANY OTHER PECUNIARY OR OTHER LOSS WHATSOEVER) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF UE KNOWS OF, OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF, THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. b. Any dispute relating to the UE Privacy Policy shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as those set forth in the UE Privacy Policy itself.

8. GENERAL TERMS

a. Modification. UE reserves the right at any time and at its sole discretion to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Site. UE may revise the Terms at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page from time to time to review the then-current Terms because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of the Terms may be superceded by expressly designated legal notices given to you or terms located on particular pages at the Site. UE AND THE SUBSCRIBER AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES AND LITIGATION REGARDING THESE TERMS AND MATTERS CONNECTED WITH ITS PERFORMANCE OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE WEB SITE AND INFORMATION SHALL BE SUBJECT TO, AND THEY EACH CONSENT TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN, THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS IN TEXAS. Accordingly, in the event of any default or breach by you, including any action by you that could cause some loss or dilution of UE's goodwill, reputation, or rights in the Site, UE shall be entitled to an immediate injunction in addition to any other remedies available, to stop or prevent such irreparable harm, loss, or dilution.

e. Entire Agreement. The Terms embody the entire agreement and understanding between UE and you with respect to the subject matter of the Terms and supercedes all prior oral or written agreements and understandings relating to the subject matter of the Terms. No statement, representation, warranty, covenant or agreement of any kind not expressly set forth in the Terms shall affect, or be used to interpret, change or restrict, the express terms and provisions of the Terms.

9. Promotion General Conditions

a. Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the USA and Canada, over the age of 18. Void where prohibited by law. Contestants residing in those areas where the contest is void may participate in the contest but may not win any prizes.

b. Participants hereby grant uTurn Education a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to broadcast, publish, store, reproduce, distribute, syndicate, and otherwise use and exhibit the Submission (along with their names, voices, performance and/or likenesses) in all media now known and later come into being for purposes of trade or advertising without further compensation. Participants represent and warrant that they have full legal right, power and authority to grant uTurn Education the foregoing license and if applicable, have secured all necessary rights from any participants in, and contributors to, their Submission in order to grant such a license.

c. uTurn Education is under no obligation to use any Submission or return the Submissions to participants.

d. Use of contest information: All entries become the property of uTurn Education. uTurn Education reserves the right to use or not use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

e. Conduct: All contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. uTurn Education, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its web site or is otherwise in violation of these rules.

f. Limitations of Liability: uTurn Education is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, uTurn Education may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Entrants further agree to release uTurn Education from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the contest.

Unless otherwise indicated, all product and service marks and logos displayed on the Site are subject to the trademark rights of UE or RadioMv \ uTurn Ministry. The absence of a product or service name or logo from this site does not constitute a waiver of any trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name or logo.
